Single-Supported Housing

For 16 to 18-year-old care leavers who have autism, ADD, ADHD, conduct disorder, dyspraxia, sexualized behaviors, CSE, learning disabilities, mental health needs, substance abuse, PTSD, PD, gang membership, and county lines support.
Accommodations with Support:

Accommodations that are semi-independent:
